Terms of Service

1. Service Description

Call My Roofer provides virtual call answering and communication support services. We do not provide roofing services directly. Our service answers incoming phone calls, checks your Google Calendar for availability, and books appointments on your behalf.

2. Contractor Responsibility

Contractors are solely responsible for the services they provide to their customers. Call My Roofer is not liable for workmanship, pricing disputes, or contractual obligations between contractors and their clients.

3. SMS Messaging Terms & Consent

Your Consent: By providing your mobile phone number during signup and checking the SMS consent box on www.call-my-roofer.com/start, you expressly consent to receive transactional SMS messages from Call My Roofer (operated by Call My Roofer) to the number you provided. These messages include:

• Appointment confirmations when a customer books through your AI assistant
• Lead notifications with customer name, address, and issue details
• Severe weather and storm alerts for your service area
• Account and service operation updates

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your service activity (typically 1–10 per week). Messages are sent from our toll-free number (833) 959-5081 via Twilio.

Opt-Out: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for assistance. Contact thisisaman408@gmail.com for further help.

Customer Consent: By using our SMS messaging features, you agree to comply with all applicable telecommunications laws, including the TCPA and A2P messaging regulations. Contractors represent and warrant that they have obtained all required consents from their customers before providing phone numbers for SMS messaging. You must honor all opt-out requests (e.g., STOP) immediately.

4. Google Calendar Access

By connecting your Google Calendar, you authorize Call My Roofer to:

• Read your calendar events to determine availability
• Create new calendar events when appointments are booked
• Access your calendar on your behalf, even when you are offline

You may revoke this access at any time through your Google Account settings.

5. Limitation of Liability & Indemnification

Call My Roofer is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for missed calls, incorrect bookings, or any damages arising from the use of our service. The AI may occasionally make errors in understanding callers.

Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid to us in the previous 3 months.

Indemnification: Contractor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Call My Roofer against claims arising from their business operations.

6. Termination

You may stop using Call My Roofer at any time by disconnecting your Google Calendar and ceasing to forward calls. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
